Thanks to Dr. Rolland Rogers for passing along this link to a free talk and presentation Dr. Esselstyn will be giving in Grafton.

It's good that we veg folk attend these events. It's even better if we can get friends or family members who are not veg to come along. This is important, life-changing stuff, so do what it takes to get those important to you to come out and hear some great science and how it can help us all to live longer, happier and healthier lives while at the same time taking it easier on the earth and the animals.

Dr. Rogers is in practice in Norwalk and he offers his patients a means to get off their meds ( for diabetes, high cholesterol, etc ) by switching to a plant-based diet. He bases this part of his practice on the information in the China study and other available science.
