    Town Hall Meeting ~ Oct. 17th, 2009

Posted by: Mari Mari on Sep 9, 2009

Hi, La Resia! What do you think about posting this?

A Town Hall Meeting: The Declining State of Health in the US was organized to serve as a forum for the exchange of health information between medical experts, public policy makers, and the general public. The purpose of the program is to inform members of the community of the potential impact of lifestyle modification on preventing or reversing chronic illnesses. The program will consist of a variety of presentations by the medical experts (Dr. T. Colin Campbell, Dr. Caldwell B. Esselstyn, Dr. Neal Barnard, Dr. Lance Gould and others) along with open forum panel discussions. Other features will include a panel discussion on cardiovascular health in athletes, food preparation workshops, and an intimate question and answer lunch session with comedian and health advocate, Dick Gregory. Also, attendees will have the opportunity to register for health screenings to be performed at a later date.

What do you think about posting this on the calendar?
