Everyone, again, was very nice and nonjudgemental. There is nothing for anyone to be afraid of. I got the feeling that even if someone isn't necessarily a longtime, devout vegan they shouldn't have any problem enjoying the members' company and making friends(I myself am vegan, for the most part--as far as the little things, like non-vegan ingredients IN something, I'm working on that). At my first meeting last night, I felt as though I was among old friends whom I've know for a long time!
