Lets meetup for some vegan tamales (plus there's beans, rice, guac, chips and salsa) and discuss the exciting new development of a monthly free vegan movie night at The Loft Cinema that I'm organizing with Healthy You Network. We can brainstorm some ways to promote the upcoming screening of Vegucated, and go over some other outreach ideas as well.
*I've reserved the back patio for us, head on back when you get there*
The Tucson Tamale Company not only has a number of vegan tamales for dining in: http://tucsontamale.com/wp-content/uploads/Download-Dine-In-Menu.pdf
They have additional frozen vegan tamales available that you can take home at a nice discount over the price in stores. Some of these tamales are really freaking good!
The Cold Basmati Rice Salad is vegan. The Hot Spanish Rice is not vegan if I remember right. Both the black and pinto beans are vegan. The guacamole and salsa is vegan. The staff is vegan friendly. Prices are great too!
If it matters to you, they use all non-gmo corn, including for their masa, the pieces of corn in some of their tamales, and also their chips.
