Upper Bristlecone trail - with a twist

We'll hike the Bristlecone trail till we get to a little known trail that will take us up to the Upper Upper Bristlecone trail. This is where a huge grove of bristlecone pine grow. We'll then hike along a ridge line with incredible views of Mummy Mountain and Mt. Charleston, over to the Bonanza trail. From there several routes become available.

Hike will be 6-7 miles long, with 1200' of gain. Pace will be moderate, and there will be no rock scrambling.

Don't forget your windbreaker, camera, and sense of adventure.

If your dog is a well behaved hiking dog, it can come, as long as it is kept on a leash.
