About Vegas Veg*

Vegas Veg is a lot of things. Right now we're mostly a networking group for people who are interested in veganism, vegetarianism, and advocating for animal rights & welfare.

Vegas Veg is more about people, animals, and education; it's less about food even if many of our events seem centered on food. The idea is to spark new friendships, business partnerships, romances, and activist projects as well as to help existing relationships endure and evolve. We educate and inspire each other to become vegan or become better vegans.

Vegas Veg is for newbies and oldies, all ages and all levels of experience. All we expect from you is an interest in veganism and the pursuit of vegan-related fun. Show up, introduce yourself, and enjoy.

Every month, Vegas Veg has these vegan events:
1) DONUTS - 2nd Sunday of the Month at 10am @ Ronald's Donuts
2) DRINKS - 4th Friday of the Month at 7pm (location varies)
3) POTLUCK - date and location vary

Vegas Veg does more, too, such as:
- restaurant dinners
- road trips to out of town veg events
- camping & hiking
- leafleting, tabling, protests, & other activism
- movies & concerts
- the library

Details for all upcoming events can be found at:
