Vegan Potluck To Celebrate World Vegan Day

November is Vegan Month and November 1st is World Vegan Day!

Let's celebrate with a vegan potluck!

Show up, introduce yourself, meet other vegans or veg-friendly folks, and eat some tasty vegan food.

What: Vegan Potluck (If we can, we'll show a movie, too. Probably Earthlings or Peaceable Kingdom.)
Where: Henderson Multi-Gen Center Room C
When: Saturday, November 1st at 2pm - 4pm
Who: Vegan, vegetarian, veg-friendly, and veg-curious people (and their friends). This event is kid-friendly.
How: Please bring a vegan dish or drink. It can be home-made or store-bought, we don't care. Or bring a non-alcoholic drink.

How to Get There:
Take the 215 to Green Valley Parkway, head south a block and a half and turn left onto the road where the 'library' sign is. Follow that road to the Multi-Gen Center parking lot.
( Click here for a map.)

What to Bring:
Please bring a vegan dish or drink. It can be home-made or store-bought, we don't care. Just make sure it's 100% vegan. We'll supply plates, napkins, cups, utensils, and nametags. (Please, no alcohol; it's not allowed at the multi-gen center.) If you need help, read this list of ideas.

See you there!

Whatever you're thinking about is literally like planning a future event. When you're worrying, you are planning. When you're appreciating you are planning...What are you planning?

We had a total of 16 attendees. This time we had some new faces. There were four children and 12 adults. That's great because it's showing growth from the last two potlucks. More and more are coming each month!

The food ran the gamut from home-cooked to store-bought to restaurant food. Quite the variety. It was all great food and very satisfying.

Thanks to everyone who came and hope to see you all again soon!
