A Farm to Table Dinner
Mike the owner of ‘Flight’ is really excited to be hosting our next dinner and would like to take us on a journey! Buckle up, here we go… plan on stopping in France, the Middle East, Vietnam, South America, Italy, and our very own home, North America. This will be a 6 course meal, you’ll be telling friends about for days to come!

You can leave your passport at home but bring your appetite and a sense of adventure.
1st Stop – France – Soup: Wild Mushroom Soup with (a wild mushroom) Vegan Butter Crostini
2nd Stop – Middle East – Salad: Grilled Artichoke and Exotic Beets Quinoa Salad
3rd Stop – Vietnam – Cold Appetizer: Asian Vegetables and Black Mushroom Summer Roll with Vegan Hoisin Dip
4th Stop – South America – Hot Appetizer: Sweet Potato Risotto Tamale with South American Vegetable Salsa Verde
5th Stop – Italy – Entrée: Eggplant, squash and Broad Bean Lasagna topped with Crispy Artichoke Hearts
6th Stop – North America - Dessert: Homemade Vegan Pumpkin Pie Parfait with Coconut Whipped Cream
((Flight works with several local organic and hydroponic farms to source fresh produce. Because this is a 'Farm to Table' dinner, some vegetables may not be available))
