Chakara Bistro & Bar

Chakara Bistro & Bar was created to bring Rochester, NY a new Asian gastronomic experience. We are a neighborhood restaurant serving globally influenced Pan-Asian food in a relaxed and casual environment. We strive to bring you a genuine Pan-Asian experience with our eclectic and creative approach to food, using ingredients from all over Asia.

What makes Chakara unique:

* Our cooking style is a mix of ancient Asian techniques with modern cooking methods.
* Our noodles are made in house by a rare noodle press that was directly imported from Taiwan for authenticity
* We don’t use MSG, food coloring, or canned vegetables in any of our dishes. We only use pure, fresh, and wholesome ingredients for great flavor and a healthful dining experience.
* We embrace the philosophy of using ingredients from all types of cuisines to create an inventive menu. Each dish has its own unique flavor; every dish is not a derivative of one or two sauces.

Thanks Mark! It's unlike me to cancel something for which I've already made a commitment (especially on such short notice). But I'm sure I'll see you, and the others next time. Enjoy!

I apologize, but I've had an unexpected issue occur today which prevents me from joining you all for dinner at Chakara this evening. I was really looking forward to meeting everyone, however I will certainly be attending future meet-ups. I'm new to the group and I really do look forward to seeing you all soon! Thanks for your understanding. Have a lovely dinner! :)

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
