I am moving toward a more plant-based nutrition; went to the RAVS last night and the movie, "Fork Over Knives". Plan to hear Colin Campbell when he comes to speak.
My rainbow salad Butternut/sweet potato soup Sauteed collard greens/cabbage/kale with nuts, garlic/onion ...plan on adding cumin to my spice repertoire, as add freshly ground cinnamon and nutmeg to a cold-weather soup
