. Many of you know about it since I was at Veggie Fest, but this is the first time I've emailed the whole list about it.
My aim with the blog is to showcase the wide variety of meals that are possible to make with common ingredients like vegetables, grains, beans, and herbs, and to give people tips on how to cook tasty plant-based meals at home. My latest post is a Wild Mushroom Ragout
