Dear Friends and Fellow Vegetarians,

Yesterday, more than 125 kids and adults participated in our inaugural Lemon Aid Day for Animals and volunteered at more than 20 home-made booths throughout Louisiana and as far away as Texas, California and Rhode Island!  In the years to come, we believe that thousands of kids will participate and will help raise tens of thousands of dollars for our anti-cruelty programs.  Here are just two of the dozen of lemonade stands that greeted motorists and neighborhoods in different cities around our state.
