One of the worse things you can do when trying to start a raw diet is to get confused about it and flustered most people that start out that way don’t stay with it. Start out slow and work your way into it find out what you like and what you can deal with such as recipes before you get deeper into it. There are some great recipes on the web that you may want to research you may have to mix some raw with some cooked in the beginning and work up to going raw….there is an old saying “keep it simple stupid” I don’t mean you it’s just a saying….
