Hey Gang,
Many of you already know about our efforts to get 3 Potato 4 Nola open.  If not check out our facebook page here and for more details, here is the website

We are gearing up for full fundraising mode over the next few months and would like to ask for your help! We promise some cool events with yummy vegan food in the new year as part of these fundraising efforts!  If anyone would like to help us with this, we won't turn you down *O:-) angel.  As many of you know I have done the fundraising and promotion of the Nola Veggie Fest for the last 4 years and I gotta's a bit different putting on a fundraiser for I humbly ask for support in our campaigns and efforts for the months to come :)

We are seeking any products and/or services that you could donate (and get those last minute 2012 deductions) in a gift certificate/ or other form that we can use at our silent auction events.  So please respond to me personally at [address removed] with any items you may have.  Thanks in advance!!!!

In a nut shell, 3 Potato 4 is an organic, vegan and gluten free franchise out of the N.E. that we bought rights to operate in Nola, and we hope to open several locations over the next few years.   The concept is all baked organic potato wedges (baby reds, russets, and sweet potatoes) with your choice of 17 vegan toppings (and more sauces coming soon!) priced very reasonably.  3 Potato 4 Nola will also carry organic coffee with non dairy creamers, Kombucha, Coconut water and various other drinks.  We will operate this as a Vegan hub with info and literature that people can grab to educate them on Veganism, GMO's, the Environment and more.  We also plan on doing after hour movies and lectures in help support us so we can open sooner!!

thanks for your time!!
