I hate to say it but making vegetarian croissants without using butter is very hard and tasteless how do you do you get the flakiness' vegan substitutes just don't get it done sometimes you have to pass on something just to call it vegetarian...sorry

The New Orleans Vegetarian Meetup group will meet at least once a month to enjoy a vegetarian meal either at a restaurant, an outdoor venue, or a member's home. The group will promote the health and ethical benefits of a vegetarian life-style and host an annual New Orleans Veggie Fest.
