I’m very disappointed in the decision Valarie Portman just made to give up her vegan diet in favor of a vegetarian diet that includes eggs and dairy? Once you start making these concessions to your so called cravings you will not stop at just eggs and dairy. The one thing I hate the most is so called activist for a cause, and she was, start doing the thing they complained against… If Portman plans on breast feeding her new baby I hope she takes into effect what she is putting into her body and what she will be transferring to her new baby through breast milk. Research has proven that an expected mother’s vegan diet will benefit the new born more than the SAD diet after all just look at the babies of other primates “another one bites the dust”.
