As for gluten-free, we have our double chocolate toasted pecan brownies,
and several cookie varieties, including oatmeal, coconut, almond
And if it's mild gluten intolerance, the pies and buche de noel have very
little wheat flour (the nut & fruit pastry creams are agar agar
based) and the flour we use is organic & non GMO, with no added
gluten (like many bakeries use).
