RE: [vegetarian-9] Milk Facts Film & Update

From: Don R.

Sure, my diet is essentially starch based, such as recommended by "The Starch Diet" author John McDougall, MD. Most of my meals include a fair amount of starch: sometimes from brown rice, sometimes sweet potatoes, whole wheat pasta or bread, or quinoa. I usually include non-starchy vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, squash, okra, or leafy greens. Then there's the primary protein source, which is usually beans. Beans also add additional starch to the meal. This is the kind of meal that native populations around the world have thrived on for centuries. And it's kept them healthy and thin.

Peace... Don Robertson
