Vegetarian & Vegan Thai in Queens (Limited to 25)

Dear Friends,

Let's return to the warm and cozy Sabay for a delectable vegetarian and vegan Thai dinner.

“Sabay” refers to the feeling of comfort or relaxation in the Thai language.  We will be treated to distinct tastes and flavor combinations: lemon grass, coriander, galanga, garlic, sweet basil and coconut milk - creating an unforgettable harmony of tastes that are uniquely Thai.   The use of fresh seasonable vegetables, spices, subtle garlic and sauces as well as the essence of sweet and sour creates the marvelous blends of flavor that are characteristic of this amazing genre of foods.

All dishes will be prepared vegan for our group.  Please note that "Thai Iced Tea" contains milk and cream.  The restaurant's reasonably-priced full bar is a good alternative :-)

Location: a block away from the Roosevelt Avenue/74th Street Subway stop in Queens, reachable via the E/F/M/R/7 lines.

Web site: http://www.sabaythai.com/

Because of the restaurant's small size this event is limited to 25 attendees.  Arrival time is fixed at 7:00.  Please make every effort to be prompt so we may partake of our meal and conversation together.

Thank you in advance for your consideration.  Looking forward to seeing everyone again!
