Such a great event! So glad I was able to make it, and even got to bring a veg-friendly friend who was pretty impressed too - we may have a new "convert" :-)

The art was wonderful. Because of the dinnertime scheduling and the mention of free vegan food, I mistakenly imagined a buffet. I should hve realized that was economically impossible, but I was hungry and had to leave to find a vegan meal at a restaurant. Perhaps for a similar event in the future a more accurate description would be "Hors d'oeuvres will be served." I'm delighted that your having events like this. Thank you.

Congratulations to Casey and the Metropolitan Community Church for putting on a great vegan event! The vegan appetizers and wine were delicious and I was pleasantly surprised to see they lasted the whole evening. Wonderful to hang out with all the Vegetarian Meetup members who were there.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
