Chefs will be presented with 3 baskets containing ingredients which they will need to use to make 1 appetizer (in 20 minutes), 1 entree (in 45 minutes), and 1 dessert (in 20 minutes)
The chefs will have access to the same equipment, and will have 2 sous-chefs helping them.
Tickets for this event WILL sell out (last year we sold out 3 weeks in advance)
