We have ongoing classes year around in San Francisco. So if you can't make it to the particular meetup, you can always go to the next one, is open to everyone. 

San Francisco Dao Yoga Tai Chi Qigong practice increase flexibility, strengthen and tone muscles, balance hormones,cleanse and flush all the internal systems of the body, calm the mind and reduce stress. No yoga mat required, suitable for all levels. Beginners are welcome! Dao Yoga Tai Chi Qigong San Francisco represents the two sides of life – the yin and the yang, the dark and the light – and aims to bring these two sides into harmony and balance. Our classes are non competitive and focus on safely progressing from easy to more challenging exercises.

Each person must take care of their physical, spiritual and psychological state . And to solve this problem have been developed Dao Yoga Tai Chi Qigong, which took place centuries grinding thousands of his followers. Almost every set of exercises Dao Yoga Tai Chi Qigong consists of three levels methodology. The person performing these complexes should first learn how to do the exercises. This is achieved by engagement of the entire human body, stress or relaxation of certain muscle groups. At the first stage of development of Dao Yoga Tai Chi Qigong ,(Chi Kung) is alternating relaxation and tension of the body, allowing the body to learn to operate, get tonic effect and learn to use his physical frame. second stage involves the merger of movements and breathing.At this stage, taking place an intensive type is generall therapeutic process. Third stage of exercise and proper breathing is bringing you to full consciousness.
