Because I am vegan & I own a vegan cafe in downtown Scranton! Come one come all!

I have been vegan since Memorial Day of 1997!

What's your favorite meal or dish?
Everything that's vegan! I do love making vegan pizza (not at the restuarant yet though...working on that!)
What's your favorite restaurant here?
Eden-a vegan cafe! I also like Everybody's Cafe in Stroudsburg
Any thoughts on what you hope to get out of the group?
I would like to let all area vegetarians & vegans know that there's a vegan cafe in downtown scranton!
