Crash & Burn CD Release Party!

Hey VegOut Pals,

This is a great event featuring our very own Burn Brightly.

Crash&Burn are Burn Brightly and Robert Leaver. Crash&Burn state - “we are two people we are not afraid we want to know you we will entertain you we want to make sure you never forget the way you need to feel.”

To learn more about Crash&Burn please click here.

This event is several fold. FREE VEGAN FOOD will be served. Then there is a screening of a 20 minute documentary on Crash&Burn with particular emphasis on Burn’s transitioning from male to female. Burn has lived as a vegetarian and now vegan for 32 years. There will then be a 40 minute performance of music from their album. Following that will be further opportunity for eating and an informal meet and greet with the artists. The album will be made available as a free download.

This is an important event as Burn & Robbie have agreed to make vegan and LGBT (I mean TBGL) advocacy a critical component of their official debut. There will be much animal advocacy and vegan outreach literature for everyone to take. This event will have in attendance many omnivores. It is a perfect opportunity to share great food and great company in a supportive environment.

The location is The Tank, a non-profit space for performing arts emphasizing new work by emerging performers, designers, writers, directors and producers. The Tank is a non-profit arts presenter in the heart of Manhattan. Through low-cost, high-concept arts and public affairs programming, The Tank provides a welcoming creative environment for artists and activists engaged in the pursuit of new ideas.

I hope to see and meet many of you there. The event is free. No worries, Crash & Burn will be driving within the speed limit that evening.

Veg*n love to you all,

Jim
