European Garden Tour - NYC style! (plus eat!)

We'll take a Saturday midday all-expenses paid trip to Europe (your City taxes plus the privately funded Central Park Conservancy are funding our trip).  We'll visit gardens in the Italian, French and English styles. The Garden's main entrance is through the Vanderbilt Gate, on Fifth Avenue between 104th and 105th Streets.

Over 2,000 Korean chrysanthemums will be in bloom during our visit.

Following the tour we'll exit the garden and have an al fresco lunch.  You may bring your own meal or purchase vegetarian fare at the conveniently located Maoz Vegetarian kiosk at Fifth Avenue and 106th Street.

The best things in life are free.  At VegOut we're always trying to keep this in mind, as "the bottom line!"

It was wonderful to make new friends and have another new experience in NYC. We had an excellent tour guide from the Central Park Conservancy. The Moaz falafel stand right next to the garden was an added bonus!

Please update your RSVP, if necessary.

Just a reminder, we meet at 10:45am on Fifth Avenue outside the garden gate. I will be there at 10:30am. For those of you that haven't met me, I will be wearing a black nylon jacket and carrying a small black camera bag.

The tour leaves promptly at 11am and lasts 90 minutes.
