Let's stick with the season and eat in season, too. What could be healthier than autumn's reigning health food - the squash! This varietal vegetable is high in vitamins A & C and rich in dietary fiber and the darker the skin, the higher the beta carotene content. This is only the beginning when it comes to the powerhouse that is squash.
What vegetable can go from day to evening as well as entree to dessert as effortlessly as squash? None!
Squash! There I wrote it. Squash - sounds so awesome. I even once met a dog named Squash.

Please bring whatever you?d like to our vegan Potlucks. Be sure to list your ingredients especially if your dish contains these protein rich foods: tree nuts which include, but are not limited to, walnut, almond, hazelnut, coconut, cashew, pistachio, and Brazil nuts. Peanuts, a legume, must be listed. Soy, wheat and it?s relatives kamut and spelt should be noted. Thank you for keeping our Potlucks safe!
$5.00 with a dish and $12.00 without. The fee offsets VegOut's expenses.
