Join us for a healthy nutrition presentation and cooking class. In this class we will show you easy-to-follow crowd-pleasing recipes that are nutritionally dense, plant-based, low fat and unprocessed. We will explore the benefits of a low-fat plant based diet to lower your cholesterol and help prevent or reverse heart disease.
Our menu includes: Refreshing Mint Smoothie, Cucumber Dill Salad, Seared Cauliflower with Garlic and Tamari, Costa Rican Rice and Beans, BBQ Soy Curls
• Enjoy a meal full of fiber, antioxidants and phytochemicals.
• Discover the flavor and versatility of low fat plant based foods without added oil.
• Meet other like-minded individuals and learn how to use food as medicine.
