    Hi, Everyone,
For the bake-off, would everyone particularly note if "sugar" is an ingredient -- versus a less-processed version like organic sugar or raw sugar? Also would you please note what type of flour -- if it's white, enriched, versus a whole-grain?
    Thanks so much! (Major allergies.)

I don't cook nor bake, but love to eat! Can I still come?

HI Ms. Nita! Sure, please come! But do bring a dish to share. You can find some nice already prepared vegan options at Whole Foods or Earth Origins. Other groceries should have some nice fruit or veggie options.
