Green Lettuce Review Online
The Green Lettuce Cafe Restaurant at 1949 Kingsway at Victoria Drive [masked]) presents a unique Chinese and Indian mix which has been making many repeat customers.

Apparently, a lot of Chinese people have lived in the cosmopolitan Indian city of Bombay for many years and over the years they have created a unique blend of Chinese and Indian Cuisine.

Fortunately, we don't have to go to Bombay to try this out. The Green Lettuce judging by the predominantly Indian crowd and the fusine nature of cuisine seems to serve "authentic" Bombay style Chinese food.

It was absolutely delicious and great company as well, thanks for organizing it.

Sorry for being late, I was unexpectedly delayed at work. I did confirm twice that I would be attending.

Not as spicy as I was expecting, but HOT sauce on the table made it perfect!

This was a delightfully spicy dinner with so many delicious dishes. A*y, you did a great job organizing the meet-up and I really enjoyed your menu selections. Thanks to Sharon, Manny, Mary & Jen for your great company at my table.

Yes, it was long because of many late-comers and no-shows. That's why I posted a comment as below!

Another great night Aya, didn't disappoint (I didn't notice anything different but missed the last one.) Great photos & company. Thanks again for organizing.

PLEASE make sure to SHOW UP if you sign up and COME ON TIME! We couldn't start the dinner for 40 minutes waiting for people who hadn't shown up!!! If the FINAL NUMBER is UNKNOWN, the kitchen cannot start cooking for us and the table arrangement cannot be decided since we need to make the number of people at each table even because we share dishes and eat together!!!

Green Lettuce makes delicious vegan food!! Hope everyone enjoyed it! (I felt the food tasted slightly different today, though. Wonder if it was a different chef or something. Did anyone feel so, too?)

Are the above food items always vegan - or did they make a special arrangement?
