To get ready for Matt's climbing series, Gregg turned the wind machine on us for the hills around Triadelphia. Thanks for the challenge and the company!

Gusts are up to 40 with a gale warning until 09:00 it's going to feel like 13F st the start according to accuweather.com. Are they trying to scare me out of riding? :-P

Is this ride still on? There's a forecast for Snow-mageddon on the 9th. :'(

The weather report as of 1:50pm indicates high winds and grey skies but no snow. I'll consult the forecast again later this evening and make a decision then. Please keep an eye on your inbox and this space for any announcements.

Luckily this time that Snow-mageddon is well north of us. We'll have to see what the trailing edge gives us.

Just a heads up for those taking Metro, no station closures, but there is track work on the Red Line with single tracking that will increase your travel time to Shady Grove. Also on the Orange line if you are coming from west of Ballston. I plan on riding up Wisconsin/Rockville Pike to the start if anyone else is interested. Return ride via Seven Locks.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
