Great ride...all around. Coffee afterwards warmed everyone up after the rain!

I LOVED the Rock Creek section of this ride. Sad to see that we didn't meet up with you Mac, Joanne and Chris. It was a great ride until the rainy descent near mile 48 and the CRAZY people on the road near Georgetown... so much for Easter Holiday kindness and courtesy! Matt made it an EXCELLENT ride... although I feel riddled with guilt. I'm going to do quite poorly about climbing without his weekly training runs.

I've given you routes now in Arlington, Alexandria, and through rideable areas of DC & close in MD. I don't want to hear any excuses. I expect everyone to flying up hills on the future rides

I guess I was lucky, I got home about 15 minutes before the rain started.

Joanne and I rode together looking for you guys but no luck as well. Joanne thought she saw Fran on McArthur but there was only three riders so we rode along since we already did a little over 40 miles.

Mac and I tried to catch the ride at Rock Creek but missed the pass. We set out on our own, got lost, then found ourselves working part of Matt's route in reverse. I *think* we saw the group. Mac disagrees. Either way, it was a great day with 47 miles of hills, furry creatures, more hills, and a little rain. Thanks, Matt, for the inspiration. Love riding with this group, in spirit and in-person. Hope everyone else had a great ride!

Not sure how the forecast is making me feel about going out to Ballston. Looks like wetness is a good chance.
