Excellent route as usual, great weather & fabulous company. Happy to finally do the cross Marin trail through SPT park. Ginny saved me by giving me a water bottle...I left mine in the car and was panicked.

Damn! I set my alarm wrong and there is no way Ginger and I can make it anywhere near the start time. Major disappointment!

what pace are you riding? I am an experienced rider and live in Marin (this will be my third Cinderella), but I sometimes go slow or rest on hills. Anaerobic thing--low heart rate, blah, blah, blah. So will there be other slowish riders or are you all "hammerheading" this thing? LOL! I have ridden with testosterone filled guy racers and OMG--I wanted to smack them!

By the way, if the parking lot behind Mike’s Bikes is full, go back out towards the freeway and stay right towards Mill Valley/Stinson Beach. At Pohono (street near outdoor furniture) make a right into the parking lot. The ride back down the bike path to Mike’s Bikes.

This week is the most difficult ride of our series. We'll be doing a gorgeous but challenging 61 mile ride from Sausalito to Pt. Reyes where we’ll stop for lunch. (Be sure to bring cash for lunch and snacks at rest stops.) On the way, we’ll traverse the scenic Cross Marin Trail though Samuel P. Taylor Park and return via Nicasio and San Geronimo Valley Drive-last regroup will be Woodacre Country Market.
