This is a plant-based, whole foods cooking class (vegan).  I will show you how easy it is to prepare healthy foods simply.

Our menu will be:  Potato Hash, Bean Dip, Soy Pockets (with quinoa), Carrots  & Jimaca, Black Bean Burgers, and a fruit cobbler for dessert! $15 per person

    Note. RSVP's close on Saturday at 3pm. Come everybody and celebrate Lisa's first public cooking class (at least in Winston-Salem area)! This is a special occasion as she is sharing this health promoting and tasty adventure in the land of whole foods. There will be some door prizes in the form of cookbooks.
