The next monthly session is Thursday, October 20th, 6:30-8:00pm. (The Third Thursday of the Month)

The Vegan Recipes for the Demo are: Potato Corn Chowder, Kale Salad, Raw Pecan Pie

The NEWSTART lecture will focus on lifestyle factors that strengthen our immune system, helping us to stay healthy even during flu season.

Location: 4545 Country Club Road, Winston-Salem, NC (Seventh-Day Adventist Church).

No charge is required, but a donation of $5.00 per session would be appreciated.
