Leap towards Spring -
How is your energy during this third month of the New Year? Days are still short, temperature is still cold, and stress is still, well stressful. Join us for this hour long class as we discuss natural foods to add strength and sustenance, boost energy and help keep depression at bay. Recipes will be provided for everyday meals. A 40 minute workout will follow, encompassing a flowing routine of dance, yoga, pilates and thai chi movements geared to stretch, strengthen and increase energy levels. The class will wrap up with a Reiki meditation, allowing participants to set their intentions for the month ahead. Bring a yoga mat and water; wear comfortable clothing.
