What is Qigong?
The translation of Qigong is "energy work". It combines movement, meditation and visualization to facilitate the movement of chi within the body. This practice leaves you feeling relaxed, grounded and peaceful. The healing sounds which we also practice, help to balance our emotions within the body. I have been practicing and teaching Qigong for more than eight years, and enjoy sharing it with others. With my background in nutrition I have found Qigong to be a wonderful compliment to health and well being. You will too!
