    Hi all,

It was a pleasure to talk to so many of you last time! I was thrilled by your interest in the Codeship and our workflow. I chatted with some of you about joining our crew, but I’m sure I couldn’t talk to everyone. So if you feel like coming aboard, please drop me a line at [masked].

    See you in 3 weeks!

    Thank for the interesting conversations!

One slight improvement idea: When you ask the group about language preference (DE vs EN), ask that question in English, and then do the introduction in English - its alright if one of the talks is in German, but just for the intro it'd be nice.

In any case I enjoyed it :)

regarding the short "fat models" topic in the smoker's area, this might be helpful: http://blog.codeclimate.com/blog/2012/10/17/7-ways-to-decompose-fat-activerecord-models/

    Hey there,
as the next meetup is coming closer and closer I would like to give you a preview on what is going to happen.

We have a Talk from David Österreicher from Runtastic in the beginning, then Sarah Howorka is talking about the RailsGirls project, what is happening there and its importance to the Ruby community. Clemens Helm is presenting on "The Ruby workflow or: Less workflow, more Ruby" and last but not least: Andreas Kopecky will give us an insight on why he uses Sequel and its advantages to Active Record.

Also there is still some time to squeeze in a 5 minute lightning talk. (:

A little bit off topic… have you already registered for the http://euruko2013.org/ ? I proposed a talk about our team workflow (http://cfp.euruko2013.org/proposals/74) and I’d be interested what you think about it. And if you like it, please do not hesitate to vote for it (registration necessary). Thanks and see you in… 2 weeks!

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
