Halloween is almost upon us, and this year MYD wants you to try
standing up for the status quo. To fight the fuzzy math of science. To
yell "Tyranny!" in retort to every argument. To question the
birthplace of the President. To revel in the rejection of an American
city. To teabag when all hope is lost. Yes that's right, we want you
to try dressing up like a Republican! After all, who needs affordable
health care when you have a handgun concealed in your bible. Because
government size matters.
Thursday, Oct 22nd, come out to the Public House for MYD's (Costume)
PARTY OF NO - where everyone will dress like a Republican, whether a
tea party enthusiast or a gun-money stuffed fat-cat. Be as creative as
you like. We'll be giving out prizes for the best costume, also some
mock speeches, healthcare actions, and other mischief. SPREAD, THE
WORD of Glenn Beck.
There will also be really great drink specials. People say that all
the time, but WE actually mean it this time. Fiscal conservatism
Only $5 at the door, and then you get some pretty amazing drink
discounts, thanks to Public House:
$4 HOUSE WINE
$5 MIXED DRINKS
When it comes to obstructing our nation's progress, who is more
interested in scaring Americans than Republicans?
