Introduction
I believe eating raw food is one part of our natural design, and that we are meant to thrive. I live in Montpelier with my husband and four beautiful children.
What would you like to get out of a monthly raw food group?

"DIRECTIONS: ****NON-LOCAL From exit 8 on I-89, drive to second traffic light (exit ramp has no left or right). Turn LEFT onto Bailey Avenue, which is also now Route 2. Go over bridge. Staying on Bailey, cross State Street straight through light. Take second RIGHT, onto Terrace Street (this is a small, steep street). Take first LEFT onto Chapman Road. We are in the first single family house on the RIGHT. Park in the driveway, or along right side of street. ****LOCAL From downtown Montpelier, go West on State Street, past the State House. At the first traffic light, turn RIGHT onto Bailey Avenue. Take second RIGHT, onto Terrace Street (this is a small, steep street). Take first LEFT onto Chapman Road.
