Our speaker this month will be the new Public Trustee for Mesa County,
Mr. Moran will discusss the process of public foreclosure auctions as well as current state of foreclosures locally and what he sees as the future of these investment opportunities.
Mike Moran has served as the Public Trustee in Mesa County since November 2012.
He formerly worked as an attorney with the law firm of Chris Mahre & Associates in Grand Junction. He is married, and he and his wife Barbara have two daughters.
The Public Trustee office is not a county office, and is not operated with tax dollars, though the Public Trustee office leases office space from the county.
Foreclosure auctions occur every week on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. at 544 Rood Avenue, Floor 3A, Grand Junction.
First time visits to a REIN meeting are always FREE.

Please RSVP so we can look forward to seeing you.
Coffee and usually some other light refreshments are provided.
If you would like to volunteer to help find topics and speakers, handle meeting check-in and registration, provide refreshments, connect with out of town experts who may want to come here to speak. . . please do not hesitate to volunteer. This is a member-driven group and active member participation is what will continue to make Grand Junction's REIN a success.
