REIN Monthly Meeting- learn, network, share

Our speaker this month will be the new Public Trustee for Mesa County,

Mike Moran

Mr. Moran will discusss the process of public foreclosure auctions as well as current state of foreclosures locally and what he sees as the future of these investment opportunities.

Mike Moran has served as the Public Trustee in Mesa County since November 2012.

He formerly worked as an attorney with the law firm of Chris Mahre & Associates in Grand Junction.  Mr. Moran is a graduate of Grand Junction High School, and earned his civil engineering degree from the University of Colorado, and his law degree from Georgetown University.  He is married, and he and his wife Barbara have two daughters.

The Public Trustee office is not a county office, and is not operated with tax dollars, though the Public Trustee office leases office space from the county.

Foreclosure auctions occur every week on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. at 544 Rood Avenue, Floor 3A, Grand Junction.

First time visits to a REIN meeting are always FREE.

2nd meeting and beyond is $10/ 2 family members; or pay a 1 year membership of $65.

Begun in Janaury 2012, we have met every month so a $65 membership for even 1/2 attendance is, as ur member Bruce is fond of saying, 'a good deal'.

We meet monthly at:

Grand Junction Masonic Center, 2400 Consistory Ct., Grand Junction. 6-8 PM

Please RSVP so we can look forward to seeing you.

Coffee and usually some other light refreshments are provided.

If you would like to volunteer to help find topics and speakers, handle meeting check-in and registration, provide refreshments, connect with out of town experts who may want to come here to speak. . . please do not hesitate to volunteer. This is a member-driven group and active member participation is what will continue to make Grand Junction's REIN a success.

Hey All, I'm not positive that I'll be able to make it to the meeting tomorrow so I want to let everyone know... if you're looking for a fixer in the $40k-45k range (Orchard Mesa), shoot me an email at [masked]. Hopefully, catch up with everybody tomorrow! =)

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
