REIN Monthly Meeting- learn,network,share- Tracy Wilson on 1031 Exchanges

REIN Monthly Meeting- learn, network, share

Our speaker this month will be

                                     Tracy Wilson

Coming over from Denver, Tracy will do a talk entitled "Bar Stool Economics". Spoke to REIN members this time last year and mesmerized those in attendance with a mix of facts, opportumities and humor.

If you are in town this evening, this is a presentation to not be missed!!!

First time visits to a REIN meeting are always FREE.

2nd meeting and beyond is $10/ 2 family members; or pay a 1 year membership of $65.

Begun in Janaury 2012, we have met every month so a $65 membership for even 1/2 attendance is, as ur member Bruce is fond of saying, 'a good deal'.

We meet monthly at:

Grand Junction Masonic Center, 2400 Consistory Ct., Grand Junction. 6-8 PM

Please RSVP so we can look forward to seeing you.

Coffee and usually some other light refreshments are provided.

If you would like to volunteer to help find topics and speakers, handle meeting check-in and registration, provide refreshments, connect with out of town experts who may want to come here to speak. . . please do not hesitate to volunteer. This is a member-driven group and active member participation is what will continue to make Grand Junction's REIN a success.

For 2 years in a row Tracey has visited us in April with his valuable information and his unique, riveting presentation style. The information was valuable, both the 1031 and the econ lesson and like Tracey said no one fell asleep.

Tracey set a high bar for our next presenter and I am confident that REIN member Annie Murphy will rise to the occasion when we meet for her talk on May 15th.

I hope to know for sure real soon but there is a good chance we will be moving REIN meetings downtown to the ANB Bank building. Stay tuned for an announcement about next month's location. Speaking of location, thanks everyone for crowding into the small room and making the best of an unexpected situation.

Sometime soon I also want to bring up the question of changing our meeting night from the 3rd Wednesday to the 3rd Monday. If you have thoughts or opinions on that please let me know.

This was a phenomenal presentation. I thoroughly enjoyed Tracy's economic perspective, cleverly interwoven with humor. It was fun to hear the group members putting their two cents in as well! We've got some wise people in this group!

Tracy presented hard hitting, high impact, information... taking a complex subject and breaking it down into bite sized pieces. Excellent job! A little sobering on the 'macro' level but necessary to break out of ingrained patterns and take action to create/improve our own economic future. Two thumbs up! Great catching up with REIN members! If I can help anyone or if you just want to brainstorm investing strategies... hit me up anytime via email or cell - danoconnor7[at] and[masked]
