Seemed like a nice guy and provided an active presentation. However, it was more of an "entry level" topic - and thus, maybe not as relevant to many of us who have more investment history. Also, I fundamentally disagree with his "don't pay off debt" concept... I am interested in learning more about investing in deeds and hearing how his hard money program works.

The presentations are fine - but this type of networking is what keeps me coming back.

I agree with Teri and Matt - but ask myself if maybe that wasn't the way to start the first real meeting. I looked through the 78 members short bio's and many are new at this "game". So, maybe giving them a little basic information at the begining may have been a good decision. Nationally, having just passed 27,500 REO assets sold and over 100 "flips" I am willing to assist any of the new "investors" get started and am also willing to help experience investors looking to expand their portfolio. I am retired - sort of - and enjoy the business tremendously.

Sounds like several members are interested in learning more from you (including me) - perhaps Sheena should schedule a "formal" presentation with you.
