"Working With an Attorney: How Being a Good Client Can Get Better Results"

For our September meeting Mark Bloom will be presenting "Working With an Attorney: How Being a Good Client Can Get Better Results."

The key to establishing and maintaining a positive and effective attorney-client relationship is truly understanding and managing each other's needs and expectations. This presentation will provide us with the "10 Commandments for Working Effectively with an Attorney" and "15 Rules for Clients." We'll learn how to be good clients and, in turn, increase the probability that will get us better work product/advice/results from your attorney.

We may be changing the venue for this meeting as the past 2 meetings were not the best experience. I'll update it as soon as I know.

We've had a question about parking, on Porter's website it states: Parking for Porter's is available in the Pre-Pay Lot between Chamberlain Street and Logan Court. Please bring your parking receipt with you so that we may validate it.

Has anyone eaten here recently and had trouble with parking?

I thought Mark did a wonderful job, he is a great speaker, very clear and concise and added some fun humor in as well! :) It was a small group, so we were able to spend a little more time on intros - it was nice to get to know everyone a little more.
