Sunday Social @ Bruegger's in Melrose (NOTE: NEW STARTING TIME)

It's time for another Sunday Social!

We'll be meeting at Bruegger's in Melrose for some games, coffee and conversation... what more could you ask for? :)  Our first event was a smashing success, so we plan on doing these on a regular basis.

Come join Ellen today for some coffee, games and conversation.  It's your antidote for fighting the lazy Sunday blahs :)

So don't sit at home... come join us!  And bring your favorite card or board game -- they're all welcome!

HOW TO GET THERE

We'll be meeting at Bruegger's Bagel Bakery in Melrose. This location has nearly everything you could ask for in a location... space to play, free parking, food and drink, and not-too-crowded restrooms.

By Subway: MBTA will be on a Sunday schedule. Make sure to check for any shuttle announcements or other service advisories. Take the Orange Line to Oak Grove and take the 136 bus. This will drop you off in downtown Melrose a couple building from the event location. You can take the 137 bus back to Oak Grove.

Bus 136 schedule: http://mbta.com/schedules_and_maps/bus/routes/?route=136
Bus 137 schedule: http://mbta.com/schedules_and_maps/bus/routes/?route=137

By Commuter Rail: You can pick up the Haverhill line and take it to the Wyoming Hill stop.  Train leaves North Station at 11:30am.  Bruegger's is less than two blocks away.

By Car: Melrose is easily accessible from Rt. 93, Rt. 1 and Rt. 28. Bruegger's is in the heart of downtown Melrose, located on Main Street. Plenty of free parking is available behind the building.

Hi everyone... couple of announcements: PLEASE NOTE that the starting time for Sunday's event is now 12:30pm, and not 12pm as we have in the past. We're experimenting with the time to avoid the lunchtime crowds.

Also, while this event remains free, we do ask that you support our venue by purchasing food or a drink during the event. It's the least we can do for allowing us to use their space :) Thank you.
