Title: Integrating into Wholeness

Each of us has a unique rhythm in life as we experience contraction and expansion, chaos and order, disconnection and connection. At times, we may get tossed about by the challenges we experience and feel like we are missing the natural flow of life.

Together, we’ll explore the organically changing nature of living the crucible of awakening, which is an ongoing process of holding the tension of paradox and of both losing and finding our sense of solidity and identity as individuals and as collectives, and integrating all of who we are and what we experience in our own rhythm.

The workshop will include:

  • Exercises to expand the container of presence
  • Personal share time to explore how we experience contraction, chaos, or disconnection, and to reframe our fears around these elements and ease into greater trust in Being.
  • An invitation for the development of our unique wisdom and creativity

We'll break an hour for lunch. Either bring your own, or bring cash for buying take out from a local restaurant.

Fee: $55, cash or check at the door

Newcomers welcome but need to have a private session with Allan prior to the workshop.

ABOUT ALLAN

Allan’s divine Presence, compassionate holding, and melodious meanderings will leave you feeling soothed and nurtured. Come see for yourself why he’s been described as a “poem in motion” and a “mountain stream where you can find deep nourishment for your soul.”  You are invited to experience Allan’s transmission, especially via his poems and audio recordings, on his website, www.embodiedheartawakening.com

" That such a profound being has found a calling to awaken and embody so deeply as to become a teacher of Waking Down is a huge gift to us all. Don't miss the opportunity to see and feel this man's Heart with and from your own. His wisdom is truly unique and his compassion for others is so original, it's sometimes startling ."
