140 Communities of Metro Vancouver: West End

Here's one that's easy as pie.  This will be Walk'n'Snack walk #5 so there'll be a lunch after the walk. Any suggestions?

For those who like: parks, trails and residential

Starting Time: start meeting up at 1:45 - walk starts at 2.

Getting there: take the SkyTrain or the SeaBus.

Cancelled If: It won't be.

Pace: 5 km/hr.

Distance: 10 km

Time:  2 hours.

Elevation Gain:  entering Stanley Park from 3rd Beach is uphill for a bit

Washroom Break: 3rd Beach

After Walk Meal: suggestions?

The end of the walk: Waterfront Station.

    These two are close to the end point. Two very different dietary choices, more or less across the street from each other.
    Or there's a ton of Japanese, Korean and Thai eateries along Denman or Robson near waypoint #8, if you want to backtrack. Still, I always see a line up at the Pender location of meatandbread, so someone must like it.
