Learn self-care techniques as you thoroughly move, stretch, strengthen, and massage out tension with the yoga therapy balls, and leave class feeling like you’ve had the best massage in town!

Regular Breathe Yoga class fees apply (that's just $10 to feel great!)
Note: CASH OR CHECK ONLY Class fees are only $8 per session if you buy a package of 10 sessions which can be used for any yoga class at Breathe Yoga - expiration date 1 year.
Wear stretchy comfortable clothes that you can move in and bring a yoga mat if you have one. If not, you can borrow one from Breathe for your first few sessions.
