Learn self-care techniques as you thoroughly move, stretch, strengthen, and massage out tension with the Yoga Tune Up® therapy balls, and leave class feeling great!

Wear stretchy comfortable clothes that you can move in and bring a yoga mat if you have one. If not, you can borrow one from Breathe for your first few sessions.
