Yoga Tune Up® - Knees, Ankles & Feet

Beginners to advanced students will enjoy this class yoga class focusing on the KNEES, ANKLES and FEET.

Learn self-care techniques as you thoroughly movestretchstrengthen, and massage out tension with the Yoga Tune Up® therapy balls, and leave class feeling great!

Wear stretchy comfortable clothes that you can move in and bring a yoga mat if you have one.  If not, you can borrow one from Breathe for your first few sessions.
