Hi, I'm a middle school teacher, and have one son who is in college. I love exploring the outdoors at a mild pace, walking, kayaking, gardening, and some bicycling. I know I'll get out more often and enjoy myslef more if I go outdoors with friends.
This is a great way to take a long walk that seems short and the yoga is a very nice bonus. There's also no pressure to do the yoga afterwards. You can just go home after the walk or meet at the coffee shop for some fun conversation.
