This Event Volkswalk has an open start time from 8:00 to 10:30. The route will be marked with ribbons and directions will be given out upon registration.
TRAIL: Walk through Bastyr University, Saint Edward’s State Park and Finn Hill Park. Explore these parks which were once a Catholic seminary. Walk on maintained trails through a small orchard, past a stone grotto, and along a scenic shoreline, Learn about natural healthcare at Bastyr’s Herb and Food fair. If you have time try walking on the reflexology footpath, explore the herb garden, and visit the booths at the fair. Not Suitable for strollers and wheelchairs.
AWARD: Credit is $3.00. Free participants are welcome but all must register, carry, and return a start card.
MISCELLANEOUS: Water and restrooms at start/finish and along the route. This walk is on maintained trails however there are tree roots and some uneven ground. There is also one steep hill. Pets permitted but NOT in building(s). Owners responsible for leash and clean up laws

DIRECTIONS: From Seattle I-5 take route 522 N around Lake Washington to 68th Ave NE/Juanita Dr. Turn right to QFC. From I-405 take Exit 23 West, Route 522 West or Bothell Way to 68th Ave NE/Juanita Dr. Turn left to QFC.
